Shed removal & clearance in Central Scotland

Unwanted shed contents and suitable sheds assessed for removal, with condition and dismantling agreed in advance.

Start with the shed and what is inside it

Tell us whether you need the contents cleared, the shed removed, or both. Photograph the structure from outside and the contents from the doorway where it is safe. Include the approximate dimensions and construction material. Those details establish a very different scope from an ordinary collection of a few garden bags.

Confirm dismantling and materials

Do not assume every outbuilding can be dismantled as part of a routine clearance. Roofing sheets, electrical connections and unstable structures need particular attention. Suspected asbestos must be assessed through a suitable specialist route. Explain the condition of the shed, whether it has power and whether the base is to remain. Any dismantling work needs to be expressly included in the quote.

Work out the route from the garden

Large panels may need to pass through a side gate, narrow passage or the house. Photograph that route and note steps or overhead obstructions. Remove personal belongings from the agreed clearance area and declare paint, fuels and chemicals separately. For fence panels or decking left by the same garden project, include them in the initial enquiry so the full collection can be assessed together.

What can shed removal & clearance include?

  • Shed contents
  • Dismantled timber sheds
  • Suitable shed dismantling enquiries
  • Agreed outbuilding clutter

Acceptance, preparation and the final collection scope are confirmed when you book. Describe unusual or potentially hazardous materials separately.

The quote is based on your items, waste types and access, including any agreed extra work. Send photographs of the full job rather than estimating from a generic load price.

Do you cover Glasgow, Edinburgh and nearby towns?

Yes, enquiries cover Central Scotland. Find your region on our areas page and send the full postcode so the team can confirm the arrangements for your address.
